Distribution Rights

Inner Bloom must be marketed at a minimum retail price of $97 USD. It CANNOT be offered for FREE. When converting to your local currency use $97 USD into a currency converter to get your minimum retail price.
You may not list it in your StanStore or other selling platform for less than $97 USD, or offer a coupon code for people to purchase it for less than $97 USD at checkout.
You may NOT offer a promo in the form of a gift card, cash or other reimbursement method back.
You can add your own digital products, 1-on-1 calls as bonuses to show your personal value & personality!
You CANNOT offer the product as a FREE bonus to another product you are selling or offer it as a FREE Gift or even Gift it. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling. You can add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price but Inner Bloom must not be offered for FREE and must equal it's minimum value of $97, example you have a product for $100 & want to add Inner Bloom into the package the minimum retail would be $197.

Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY or uploaded on other hosts.
Discounts can be applied but the price cannot fall below the minimum retail of $97 which means your retail would have to be higher than the price $97.
You cannot dismantle and download ANY video or audio content and sell it separately.
Content within the platform is not to be shared outside of the platform unless it's ebooks within the content vault.

Members are responsible for accurately reporting any income generated through Inner Bloom in accordance with their local tax regulations. Inner Bloom does not provide income reporting services or assist members in fulfilling their tax reporting requirements.

4. Release of Liability:

By participating in Inner Bloom, members release Inner Bloom and its affiliates from any liability related to tax matters, including but not limited to tax obligations, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the member's failure to comply with applicable tax laws.

5. Tax Credits and Deductions:

Inner Bloom does not provide information or assistance regarding potential tax credits or deductions available to members. Members should consult with tax professionals to explore any available tax benefits.

6. Changes in Tax Laws:

Members are responsible for staying informed about changes in tax laws that may affect their income reporting obligations. Inner Bloom is not obligated to inform members of changes in tax regulations.

7. Indemnification:

Members agree to indemnify and hold Inner Bloom harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their failure to comply with tax laws or any misrepresentation of income.
